Rubén Sánchez (Rubén Earth) is a nature and travel photographer and videographer, specializing in landscapes and nature exploration. Three years ago, he decided to travel the world in search of the most spectacular landscapes on the planet—an artistic and personal project that he chose to document and share through episodic content on his YouTube channel, @RubenEarth.

His experience in the audiovisual sector began in Bilbao, where he created one of the first video blogs in Basque and Spanish focused on culture, which was awarded a Bitácoras Prize. He went on to direct for five years a weekly television program dedicated to technological and scientific outreach on Basque public television, Nik dut Nick.

Throughout his professional career, he has taken part in documentary and advertising projects for various production companies, working as a creative, director of photography, and editor.

His true passion has always been documentary filmmaking and nature and travel photography. Alongside his television career, he traveled extensively and began producing a range of audiovisual pieces that led him to collaborate with the Getty Images agency, with whom he has worked since 2014.

Through the agency, he has published numerous photographs in travel magazines such as Condé Nast Traveller, National Geographic, and Viajar, as well as in travel guides like Lonely Planet. Many of his video clips have been used in a wide variety of audiovisual productions, documentaries, and advertising campaigns, including series for Netflix and HBO, among others.

He is currently fully dedicated to travel content creation and to his documentary series Wild Earth Expedition on his YouTube channel, Rubén Earth.
