We are proud to welcome Fabio Reitano, multi-award-winning film director from Rome, Italy, as one of the mentors of the Cyclades Travel Experience.
During the residency, Fabio will guide participants through an intensive creative process focused on storytelling, cinematography, and the development of a short film designed for international festivals. His mentorship goes beyond technique — offering practical strategies to help filmmakers position themselves professionally, attract meaningful clients, and expand their opportunities in the travel film industry.
Terms & Conditions
1. Pre-Reservation
To reserve a spot in the Cyclades Travel Experience, a deposit of €100 is required. This deposit secures your participation
2. Kick-Off Call
Once pre-registrations are closed and the group is finalized, a kick-off video call will be scheduled with the mentors and the sustainability agency. During this call, the full experience will be presented, the team will be introduced, and participants’ questions will be addressed.
We will propose two optional dates and times to accommodate the different schedules of participants.
Please note: once this video call has taken place, the deposit will no longer be refundable.
3. Payment of Remaining Balance
After the initial video call, the remaining balance of the participation fee must be paid within the same week.
Once the remaining payment has been made, it is non-refundable, except in the event that the organizers cancel the experience, in which case 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
